Founded in 1992, Springfield City Group (formerly Springfield Land Corporation) is the real estate development company and master planner behind Greater Springfield. Based in Springfield Central, it develops commercial, educational, healthcare, and residential real estate projects, with a vision of making Greater Springfield a sustainable regional city and services hub by 2030. Its vision for Greater Springfield is driven by innovation, with a conscious approach to making a lasting and positive contribution to the Queensland and Australian economy. Springfield City Group is a philanthropically and socially responsible company, promoting and supporting local community events as well as running the Springfield Excellence in Learning Award Program for senior and middle and junior school student from local schools.
