Oaks Civil Construction is 100% Aboriginal-owned business founded by Jarrad Oakley Nicholls to develop and supply a highly skilled Aboriginal workforce to the construction industry and assist the industry to meet its Aboriginal participation targets.

Our vision is to create positive change by delivering high quality services to the construction industry and increasing employment opportunity for Aboriginal people. Our services include:
