City Venue Management is the solution for professional, long-term aquatic, recreation and facility management. City Venue Management's focus is on quality rather than quantity. This philosophy sees us only tender for facilities that require specialist hands-on support, working for progressive asset owners looking for a long-term partnership rather than simply a contract.

With the experience and expertise we have acquired from managing over 30 aquatic, fitness and leisure facilities throughout Queensland and New South Wales, we have gained a nuanced understanding of the needs of our key stakeholders, being; the asset (facility), the asset owner (councils), patrons, sporting clubs and members of the wider community.

Vision Statement:

To offer a diverse range of services, programs and events in a well managed, clean and safe group of aquatic facilities and Health Clubs for the benefit of residents and visitors. Ensure cohesion between the facility management and the major community user groups including swim clubs. Inspire community activity and build overall attendance levels using specific marketing, program development and strong sales and retention programs. Deliver facilities that exceed the expectations of the owner's service delivery model in a manner that is completely transparent and professional.
