Benefits by Design (BBD) Inc. has been operating in the insurance industry for over 25 years, and in that time we've become a progressive disruptor in the space. Our mission is to help working Canadians, and we do that by providing extraordinary customer service, flexible plan designs to accommodate the increased diversity of the workforce, and by living up to our commitment to you. We're people-focused and we love what we do.

We're firm believers in workplace wellness and the benefits it provides.
