Our focus is to create and sustain innovative and effective partnerships to generate employment opportunities through education and skills development.

We offer a range of services committed to growing workplace skills and jobs for individuals and employers. Within our Recruitment, Services and Engagement Skills and Support units we offer permanent and temporary recruitment, apprenticeship and traineeship services, and employment, skills, and mentoring programs.

Skillset also operates Skillset Senior College. Skillset Senior College is an innovative, independent Years 10 – 12 school with a focus on student well-being and personal achievement set in an adult learning environment based on mutual respect, responsibility, and small class sizes. Skillset Senior College currently has campuses operating in Bathurst and Dubbo NSW.
