Our Mission is to transform the lives of women and girls in the rural community where they are able to thrive and take up opportunities in leadership and key decision-making processes to address the most urgent issues that they face.

FIRD's vision is having an empowered and trained community that responds to their needs independently where the rights of women and girls are respected and valued. We envision women and girls in the rural communities that challenge the unequal powers and injustice for improved livelihoods, skills development, respect for human rights and ensure active community participation in socio-economic development.
