From its inception in 1992, MFC has been solely owned and operated by the Suleiman family. MFC is one of the biggest distribution companies in Libya.. With our main headquarters located in Tripoli, we operate and distribute throughout Libya.

By the end of 2003, MFC became MFC Group, a company comprised of four independent divisions, MFC Care, MFC Beauty, MFC Retail , and MFC Pharma.

MFC Beauty has portfolio of Elizabeth Arden, Deborah, Max Factor, Rimmel, Collistar, By Terry, Versace, Trussardi, Laura Biagiotti, Cartier, Bvlgari, Calvin Clein, Joop, Davidoff, R. Cavalli, Chloe, Loewe, Marc Jacobs, Acqua Di Parma, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Escada, Lacoste, Burberry etc.

MFC Care has portfolio of Dettol, Harpic, Veet, Finish, Airwick, Vanish Philips appliance, Wella.

MFC Pharma has portfolio of Philips Avent, Ursapharm, SVR, Uriage, Moov, Durex, Disprin , etc.
