About

We are a DMC in Northern Sudan specialized in cultural and archaeological tours, MICE and business travel. We have an operational office in Khartoum, in the Almarat area, and representative offices in France, Germany and Italy.

We are a fully registered Sudanese Company, but as the name might suggest, the company founder is Maurizio Levi, a great Italian traveler who also won the Camel Trophy race back in 1984. He travelled extensively through Africa with a special interest in the desert areas and when he visited Sudan in the early ‘80s for the first time he totally felt in love with the country and its people. He started to bring Italian groups to Sudan and, in the year 2000, together with his wife Elena Valdata founded the Italian Tourism Co Pty Ltd-Sudan and built the 3 properties: The Nubian Rest House in Karima, the Meroe Tented Camp and the Experiential Preset Camp in Tombos.

All our personnel: office staff, guides, drivers and cooks are very professional, well trained and have been working with the company since we first started in the year 2000. They are all very knowledgeable on the country and have a wide range of experience managing groups to western standard in order to fulfill the needs of the most demanding clients.
