The LTNET is an E-government project implemented by the The Ministry of Economy to regulate the international trade process inside of Libya and it work with different related public and privet sector institutions such as:
-The Bank sector leaded by the Central bank of Libya (CPL)

-The Food and Drug Control Center (FDCC)
