The Publican Group's core business is the acquisition and operation of a portfolio of quality hospitality venues throughout Australia.

Formed in 2008 by directors John Ahern and Steve Garcia, two entrepreneurs with a solid background in hospitality, marketing, project management and business development, John and Steve share an innovative vision for The Publican Group.

The Publican Group specialise in providing a range of hospitality management services, including finance, marketing, human resources, training, kitchen and front of house operations.
