Established in 1998, The LOTE Agency has 25 years of experience delivering multicultural research projects, community engagement campaigns and translation services. Our mission is to break down cultural barriers to social cohesion.

Passionate about what we do

The LOTE team has a deep understanding of Australia's diverse communities and takes a proactive approach to the promotion of products and services for this cohort. We ensure specific audiences are identified and engaged through the development of key messages and strategies tailored for each community.

Proud of our culture

LOTE has spent 25 years building its national community network which now includes thousands of organisations, community leaders, social media group administrators, key influencers and micro-influencers.

The whole team at LOTE is driven by the same purpose: to help organisations reach all Australians regardless of language, ethnicity or location. We are a team of over 40 people who speak 34 languages, not including our translators, so we're uniquely equipped to bridge any communication gap.
