Established in 2002, we have developed and continue to own and manage a portfolio of over 1,800 social and affordable homes across 41 developments in Brisbane. Our strategic priorities are to grow the supply of high quality, modern social and affordable homes for Queenslanders in housing need, and to create mixed and sustainable communities that enable our residents to thrive.

With an entrepreneurial and commercial approach, we develop financially sound solutions to bring new social and affordable housing supply to life, alongside government, institutional investors and financiers.
