Our hybrid model seeks to engage teachers, learners and community members as stakeholders to drive positive change and create a culture where Education is a top agenda for the communities we serve. We do this by supporting in and out of class activities that make learning more interactive and creating a condusive environment for teachers to learn from each other ,and improve attitude as well as influence efficient delivery of content,what we call 'improve the learning experience for the student'.Finally we provide life skills trainings and community dialogue forums for community members to provide economic empowerment as well as stimulate behaviour and mindset change.
