It opened its first outlet in 2003, it currently operates from 4 retail outlets and supplies to more than 30 schools/retail vendors.

The company also provides value- added catering services at functions and ceremonies; such as baby showers birthdays, bridal showers, weddings, house warming, graduation, office get- together and ice cream socials to a large customer base throughout the market segments within and outside Abuja.

Hatlab produces over 100 flavours of premium quality ice cream made from excellent raw materials sourced from manufactures in Italy and local companies for production of ice cream, waffles and selected pastries and cakes, it also retails beverages supplied by reputable companies.

The company's basic offering comes in ranges of 1- 5 scoops of ice cream in cups, waffle cones, waffle baskets and an assortment of takeaway packages, this idea has been extended to the dessert range, with the creation of the ice cream sundaes, ice cream cakes and an assortment of pastries.
