About
The Centre for Foreign Relations (CFR) was established in 1978 by an agreement between the governments of the United Republic of Tanzania and the Republic of Mozambique. The Centre is incorporated in the Consular and Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act. No 5, 1986. As a higher learning institution with an international reputation, the Centre provides high quality and competitive training, research and consultancy services and short courses in the fields of Conflict Management, Peace Building, Economic Diplomacy, Mediation, Leadership, International Relations and Diplomacy, Protocol and Public Relations, International Trade and Policy Analysis. In fulfilling its objective of becoming a "Think Tank" in the areas of its competences, the Centre runs both short and long term courses to meet the needs and ambitions of its clients in the targeted fields.
