About

ADOM CITY ESTATE is a Real Estate Development Company that develops houses for sale to the public. We aim at providing quality and affordable housing for middle-income earners.

The company is a GREDA affiliated member with its registered office at Walantu Junction, adjacent to the Central District Police Station, Kasoa, and its site office at Tema Community 25, off the Tema – Dawhenya Road.

As a company, we have a keen interest in meeting to some extent, the current housing deficit in Ghana. We also believe that everyone deserves to own a home hence our commitment to providing quality and affordable housing to every Ghanaian citizen who is interested in and committed to acquiring a house(s).

To achieve this dream, the company has built strategic alliances with recognized institutions to address the housing needs of its employees. The implementation strategy has been linking these organizations to our trusted mortgage providers and in some cases a customized in-house mortgage after making some initial lump-sum payment. Through this initiative, ACE has built and sold houses to the staff of various institutions such as Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT), HFC Bank, ECOBANK, OMNI BANK GRIDCO, BANK OF GHANA, and other public sector workers. Our collaborative mortgage providing institutions of the country-HFC Bank, Ghana Home Loans, and Government of Ghana (through the Public Sector Housing Scheme.
