At AvaGro, we are transforming horticulture in Namibia. Since our founding, we have been dedicated to overcoming the challenges of Namibia's arid climate to produce high-quality vegetables, flowers, seedlings, young plants, and fruit trees.

We believe that agriculture, education, and healthcare are the cornerstones of sustainable development and prosperity in Africa. Our mission is to increase food security and improve social, environmental, and economic outcomes in Namibia and beyond.


Namibia's climatic conditions present unique challenges for horticulture, but at AvaGro we embrace innovation to turn these challenges into opportunities. Our state-of-the-art technologies include a tissue culture laboratory, water desalination plant, drip irrigation and greenhouses to create optimal growing conditions in the harshest of climates.

Today, as a leading horticultural producer and service provider in Namibia, AvaGro has become a major supplier of fresh, high-quality, GLOBAL G.A.P. certified produce to the local market.
