CTPG was founded by two of the most respected names in the project management and property industry, Greg Carmichael and Kevin Tompkins. In 2019, we acquired the former workplace advisory and project management business of Pepper Property, a subsidiary of financial services giant Pepper Group.

We are partners in the realisation of great places to work, inspiring environments to learn and catalysts for communities to be formed and for the betterment of humanity.
