About
Imaad Capital Partners (ICP) is an Africa-focused investment banking boutique firm focused on Sovereign funding & PPPs. Our three core activities are:
- Sovereign funding: We structure & raise money on behalf of Sub-Saharan Africa governments for the funding of their priority infrastructure projects, in Education, Healthcare, Energy, Water supply & Sanitation, etc;
- PPP: We act as a PPP developer, by financing feasibility studies, putting down equity and structuring the debt for PPP projects, mainly in transportation, real estate (commercial &/or residential), energy, agriculture;
- Venture Capital: We bring smart-money to the table by investing money into SME/SMIs in expansion, and also into real estate development projects.
