About

KINARA FOR YOUTH EVOLUTION is a youth-led Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based in Morogoro Municipality reaching young people throughout Tanzania Mainland.

We were founded as the Morogoro Youth Development Initiative as a CBO in 2014 and then registered as Kinara for Youth Evolution as an NGO in 2018.

We have established ourselves as an active, inclusive, and participatory organization responding to community needs aligned to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our focus areas are organized into four integrated programs in Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, Livelihoods, Education, and Civic Engagement.

Mission:
To empower young people to be change makers in their communities in Sexual Reproductive Health, gender equality, quality education and economic empowerment by using participatory development approaches.

Vision:
Healthy young people who contribute to community development.
