Watumishi Housing Investments (WHI) is a property developer and licensed fund manager for Nyumba Fund (WHC-REIT) and Faida Fund. Its the first fully fledged REIT to be stablished in Tanzania and East Africa and the main implementer of the Tanzania Public Servant Housing Scheme. Share holders are National Social Security Fund (NSSF), Public Service Social Security Fund (PSSSF), National Housing Corporation (NHC) and National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF. Currently WHI manages Nyumba Fund and Faida Fund.
