Established at Port Augusta in 2002, MAX today is a leading specialist lifting, transport and equipment hire company operating throughout South Australia and right across the country.

Since start-up, we have invested a great deal in our team, operating systems and modern flexible fleet, which can be counted among the nation's best and most advanced.

We have a track record for innovative solutions and successfully handling large-scale complex projects for local, national and global companies. Industry sectors include oil and gas, mining and resources, power and energy, transport and infrastructure, and heavy industrial.

Our 200+-strong team is located at our premises at Port Augusta, Whyalla, Port Pirie, Moomba and Adelaide and at customer sites under long-term contract arrangements.

Our remote work expertise is up there with the best in the country, including in central Australia's harsh outback. We take pride in our reputation for well-executed solutions on highly specialised projects, such as shut down and maintenance, recovery and derailment and heavy haulage.
