About
Founded to bring a structured support for Emotional Intelligence into Africa, the Addison International Center for Emotional Intelligence (AICEI) is headquartered in Accra, Ghana.
AICEI was founded by African visionary, James Kwesi Addison - one of the first internationally qualified African Emotional Intelligence (EQ) pioneers.
The main purpose of AICEI is to support Public, Private and Third Sector teams to tangibly build their EQ skills and enrich their leadership and operational competencies within Africa; to transform the emotional safety & resilience of their fellow Africans and in doing so, build compassion and cohesion around them.
