About
ROSE CBO (Restoration of Sisters in Extreme – Community Based Organisation) recognizes that women disproportionately bear the burden of poverty in Kenya. Women living in extreme situations are in desperate need of advocates who will share their stories with leaders and influencers.
Our mission has never wavered: Change the lives of those girls and women living in extreme, often life-threatening, situations. It starts with the basics: love, guidance, nutrition, shelter, health, and hygiene. Additionally, as circumstances allow, we help provide a more promising future through education (and reinforcement of classroom lessons) for children and adults, as well as counseling, vocational and life-skills training
