About

Center for Transformational Leadership (CTL) is a non-governmental organization focusing on preparing youth for responsible leadership, promoting youth civic responsibility and strengthening youth organizational capacity through leadership education, research and training in Kenya. Our intent is to add value to people in order to make change happen for the good of all. Our work focuses on developing the individual, stimulate self knowledge, help people identify their intent and endeavor to make a difference in their communities and societies. Our passion is to facilitate positive change within each individual because change always begins from within. We focus on helping our clients increase their self and social awareness, discover their purpose, and utilize their unique gifts, talents and abilities to exploit their potential in order to make a positive impact in society. Our youth programs are aimed at increasing youth participation in decision making processes, improving youth's ability to envision a better future, promoting civic responsibility among youth and improving their ability to mitigate, resolve and manage conflicts.
