القيام بأعمال التسليم والتسلم لكافة الأصول الثابتة وإعداد سجلات أصول ثابتة للمنشأة وأعمال التسليم والتسلم لكافة الإدارات المختلفة من حيث الدورة المستندية والأعمال الموكلة لكل إدارة على حدا وذلك يتم وفق منظومة عمل محدده .
القيام بأعمال الإشراف والمتابعة للتشغيل والعمل على تحقيق الأهداف المطلوبه من خفض للتكاليف وزيادة مجمل الربح وذلك يتم وفق منظومة عمل محدده .
القيام بأعمال ممثل المالك والقيام من خلالنا بتحقيق بنود التعاقد المتفق عليها ما بين كلا من الشركة المالكة وشركة إدارة الفنادق وذلك يتم وفق منظومة العمل المرفقة .
القيام بأعمال المراجعة على كافة الإدارات داخل المنشأة وتقييم مستوى الأداء العام للإدارات المختلفة من حيث التشغيل ومن حيث الدورة المستندية المطلوبة لتحقيق الرقابة المالية المطلوبة وذلك يتم وفق منظومة العمل المرفقة .
القيام بإعداد سجلات للإصول الثابتة المميكنة بالمواصفات التفصيلية لكل أصل ثابت بنظام الباركود والقيام بإحتساب نسب الإهلاك السنوية لها مما يتطابق مع النتائج التحليلية للميزانية العمومية للمنشأة .
(1) Delivery of all fixed assets and preparation of records of fixed assets of the establishment and delivery to all different departments in terms of the documentary cycle and the work assigned to each department on the basis of a specific system of work.
(2) Conducting the audit work on all departments within the establishment and evaluating the general performance level of the different departments in terms of operation and documenting cycle required to achieve the required financial control, according to the attached work system.
(3) NVC represents of the owner to achieve the terms of the contract agreed upon by both the owner company and the hotel management company in accordance with the attached work system.
(4) Assets Management as per many kinds of Foundations and standards to prepare records of fixed assets with the detailed specifications of each fixed asset in the barcode system
