About

Criniti's is Australia's "Favourite Italian" as voted by the country for 4 consecutive years with Foxtel's Lifestyle Food Channel. Established in 2003 by a husband and wife team, Frank and Rima Criniti have expanded the empire across venues in Sydney's most popular dining districts - Woolloomooloo Wharf, Manly, Darling Harbour, Parramatta and Castle Hill. In 2015, Criniti's opened in Carlton, Melbourne and another venue to the State of Victoria, at Melbourne's famous Southbank in 2016. Newcastle has also become home to the Criniti's restaurants in late 2015 at Westfield Kotara.

Criniti's has introduced us to what have become the famous 1-metre, 2-metre and 3-metre Wood Fire Pizzas, freshly made pasta, juicy steaks and ribs, Mamma Rosa's Meatballs, gourmet burgers and exclusive communal cocktails and unrivalled desserts. Criniti's has become the ultimate destination for family gatherings, celebrations, functions and corporate events.
