About
The Mathare Slums Community Association (MaSCA) is an umbrella organization supporting local groups within the Mathare Valley slums of Nairobi Kenya. We aim to bring together community groups, international volunteers and partners, and Nairobi-based organizations to enhance the quality of life and human rights of Mathare residents. Through the many community initiatives which we support and lead, we address issues related to health, education, and financial well-being for underprivileged Mathare residents.
