Chikunto Safari Lodge is located less than an hour's drive from the National Park's Mfuwe gate, which in turn is ½ hour from the Regional Airport of Mfuwe – a 1hr 10-minute internal flight from the main International Airport in Lusaka.
Flanked by rolling plains, plateaus, riverbanks and miombo vegetation our lodge is located in an area of distinctive natural beauty in an area with one of Africa's highest density of game.
Since opening in April 2018 the property has become renowned for its prolific wildlife and spectacular game viewing.
With just 5 spacious Tented Suites, including one two-bedroomed Family Suite, Chikunto provides an intimate setting in which to soak in the pleasures of the African bush.
