Ventures & Trusts Limited (V&T) is a non-bank financial institution incorporated 22 years ago to exploit the opportunities in the then newly liberalised financial markets.
V&T has distinguished itself as a diversified Venture Capital and Investment Management Company providing a broad range of financial consultancy services to high net worth individuals, corporate bodies and institutions.
In the last 21 years, V&T has consistently conducted its affairs with the highest sense of professionalism and an unwavering commitment to integrity. It has applied funds under its management in a conservative mix of long-term Inflation hedging investments, short-term securities and bank deposits.
V&T's major focus has been the provision of both venture capital funds and financial advisory services to deserving entrepreneurs with economically and financially viable projects, which contribute towards the development of the Nigerian economy.
V&T's experience in private sector finance assisted it in establishing relationships with other international financial institutions. Both the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the German Investment and Development Company (DEG) are co-financiers of various V&T appraised projects.
As a complement to our main thrust (Venture Capital), V&T also provides Financial Advisory Services, Asset Based (raw materials & commodities) Finance, Equipment Finance, Commodity Brokerage, Fund Management and Tax Advisory Services, to existing and start-up companies.
