Zedd's story began when a group of Canadian investors acquired a modest North Bay call centre in 2010. Since then the company has grown 800%, including the addition of two Toronto call centres, among them the company's Canadian headquarters, and nearshore and offshore capabilities in Belize, Mexico and India. Zedd consistently delivers exceptional performance, resulting in long tenured client partnerships and plenty of client testimonials.
Our Operating Partners have more than 3 decades of contact centre industry experience in near, onshore and offshore operations. Our investments are in our people and our technology delivering the highest levels of service and compliance. Zedd's success has been largely based on organic growth from our valued customers, and this is a direct result of our unique approach to relationship management and our prized workforce. Zedd's management team has been with the company since inception as have many of our call centre agents.
