SES offers a broad range of expertise through our diverse experience in construction implementation, cost analysis, HVAC systems, building automation, smart building systems, data analytics, and sustainability services. Our services cover the entire project lifecycle from the initial study (including ASHRAE Level 1, 2 and 3 energy studies) to design, project
management, commissioning, and M&V.

SES has a proven track record of thought leadership and involvement in innovative projects that seek to accelerate the transition to low carbon buildings in BC and beyond.

CEO Scott Sinclair is co-chair of the Building to Electrification Coalition (B2E) and a member of the City
of Vancouver's Commercial Building Advisory Committee. President Brad White is a member of the City of Vancouver's Technical Advisory Committee for Existing Commercial and Multi-Family Buildings.

SES was also an invited stakeholder for consultations around the development of the Province of BC's Building Electrification Roadmap, the City of Vancouver's Climate Emergency Action Plan, the Canadian Infrastructure Bank Commercial Building Retrofit Initiative, and CaGBC's Green Retrofit Economy Study.

In addition, SES Consulting has taken a leading role in a variety of innovative projects that target deep emissions reductions, including pilot projects for FortisBC's Deep Energy Retrofit Program, pilot certifications for Investor Ready Energy Efficiency through the CaGBC Investor Confidence Program.
