About

RCF offers training, support, research and materials development with a focus on ECD, inclusion, psychosocial support, life skills and rural development.

We use the Persona Doll approach as a practical and non-threatening tool for adults and children to ‘unlearn' discrimination and promote psychosocial development. We focus on Early Childhood Development (ECD): research; training and support for ECD centers, school and out of school/ home based; community development; teacher training; social work training and supporting vulnerable children.

We run a rural income generation/skills development Doll-making project.

We work nationally in SA and in other countries.
