About
Fitness Industry Council of Canada (FIC) represents the voice of fitness facility operators across Canada. Representing over 5,000 facilities with over 4 million members nationwide, FIC pursues a legislative agenda in hopes of bettering the fitness industry for both consumers and operators.
FIC aims to work with both industry and government to improve the health and physical activity levels of Canadians through the promotion of initiatives such as the Adult Fitness Tax Creditcampaign.
FIC is not a training organization or trade show, but rather works with industry partners to solidify the voice of the Canadian Fitness Industry as a solution to Canada's growing inactivity epidemic.
