Ricca IT inizia la sua attività nel 1998: da subito ha inteso erogare i suoi servizi in ambito infrastrutturale, networking e sicurezza. Nel 2002 è iniziato il percorso di partnership con IBM diventando già da qualche anno IBM Premier Partner, aggiungendo la partnership con VMware elevandolo negli ultimi tempi a livello Enterprise.
La Ricca IT ha sedi in Sicilia, Campania, Puglia e Lazio ed i clienti sono presenti in tutta Italia. Le industry seguite sono essenzialmente quelle dell'Automotive, GDO, Sanità, Servizi, Petroleum. Si occupa principalmente di sistemi informatici, data center, High Performance Computing e Cybersicurezza.
