Vitalo Group is a leading global manufacturer of thermoformed plastics and insulation solutions. With over 85 years of experience, the company has honed its expertise in design and engineering, plastics processing technologies, quality management, and continuous improvement. Their services include thin and thick gauge thermoforming, transforming insulation materials, and thermo-compression of natural and synthetic fibers.

To better serve their clients, Vitalo Group has established five manufacturing locations and competence centers across China (Chengdu and Suzhou), Slovakia, France, and Belgium. Vitalo is a global partner in plastic thermoforming, with four business units specializing in Thin gauge, Thick gauge, clean room, and components. Insulo is an all-round provider of technical foam for insulating applications, with two business units specializing in thermo-compression of natural and synthetic fibers and technical foams. Starplast is an expert in translucent thermoformed plastic sheets, using special technology to produce products without any visual distortion.
