TotalJoist by Bailey Metal Products manufactures and supplies cold-formed steel frame (CFS) building systems that are revolutionizing the construction of mid-rise residential and commercial buildings, hotels, and industrial buildings. Our proprietary, easy-to-install products integrate with metal framing, wood or ICF to allow for flexibility in design and unprecedented spans for construction. The result is a higher quality structure delivered in a compressed schedule.

With a deep understanding of the construction process, we engineer and manufacture all of our own patented building systems in our facility in Princeton, Ontario. Our building systems have now been used on more than 300 projects across North America. iSPAN's primary lines of products includes TotalJoist and Composite TotalJoist. Each building system can be used independently or combined to create a complete building envelope solution.
