Since 1947, Morley Builders has been providing quality, innovative construction services throughout the Southern California region. The company specializes in the construction institutional and major civic structures; education and research facilities; parking structures; commercial, retail and medical buildings; and multifamily residential complexes. Morley's multifamily experience includes luxury, mixed-use, student housing, affordable family, senior living and hospitality projects.

Morley contracts its services through two-wholly owned subsidiaries, Morley Construction Company and Benchmark Contractors, Inc. Through these subsidiaries, Morley is able to offer general contracting services including preconstruction, design-build, seismic strengthening, preservation, modernization and LEED® rated services. Morley Construction Company also has the ability to perform structural concrete services while Benchmark Contractors, Inc. has the ability to contract with open-shop contractors, both of which can provide significant cost savings on certain projects.

Morley Builders is an employee-owned, private corporation with over 175 first-class professionals and 300 highly skilled tradesmen that is ranked among Engineering News Record's Top 400 Contractors. The company has offices in Santa Monica, Irvine and San Diego, as well as an eco-friendly equipment yard in Montebello.
