The company has been operating in the maritime sector since May 1991, gathering experience and expanding the type of services provided.

We offer shipowners and ship management companies professional recruitment services for all types of ships, offering a wide selection of seafarers primarily from Poland, but also other areas of Eastern Europe. We are one of only few Polish companies that has such recruitment opportunities and experience in working with employment agencies in Eastern Europe.

Dohle Marine Services Europe has implemented an ISO 9001-2008 quality management system that allows you to conduct service and training activities in a safe, efficient and effective manner.

The company provides various services for shipyards, shipowners and ship management companies, in particular job placement services. These services can be provided both individually and collectively, including:

🔷 Preparation of documents necessary for work abroad and/or on foreign flag ships

🔷 Temporary employment agency services in the shipbuilding industry
🔷 Repair brigades on ships and shipyards in Poland and abroad

The company is an active member of the Association of Shipping Agents and Representatives in Gdynia "APMAR" (Association of Polish Marine Agents and Shipowners' Representative). In 2010, APMAR formed, together with other European organizations, an association of crew agencies with European coverage "EUROCREW".
