FREO Group S.A. is an established and successful European Private Markets and Real Estate Manager with a pan-European investment presence. The company exclusively focuses on institutional investors and counts some of the most prestigious Private Equity houses, Alternative companies, sovereign funds and insurances among its clients. In its 27 years since creation, FREO has realized more than € 3.1 bn of transactions with an equity multiple of 2.3x and and IRR of 20 % p.a.. The company has currently invested € 2.2 bn in ongoing projects.

More than 80 experienced colleagues work across 11 offices in Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg and the UK. FREO's seasoned professionals hold an exceptional network and sourcing; indeed, the majority of the company's projects are sourced off-market.

FREO has broadened its company strategy and implemented further products in its offering: FREO Group offers classic real estate solutions both in project and fund form. The subsidiary Avelios presents clients Private Market products excluding real estate. Currently, the offer focuses especially on the renewables sector (mainly solar and wind) while FREO's latest addition Green Only Development TM is a future-oriented enterprise that focuses on sustainable building projects through innovative solutions and partnerships.
