About

Herb Redl Properties, also known as HRP, was founded by Hudson Valley native Herbert Redl. Over the past 60 years, HRP has grown from a simple start-up to the far reaching commercial and retail real estate network it is today.

HRP owns, leases, and manages a combined 1.3 Million square feet of premium properties in the Hudson Valley.

Our properties are centrally located near many of the area's attractions, arteries, travel hubs, business centers, medical and educational facilities, and shopping malls—with full on-site management and maintenance available. Suitable for any size company, spaces range from 250 to 10,000 square feet.

HHR also owns and manages the following esteemed businesses: Guardian Self Storage, All Sport Fishkill, Fun Central, and the Gables.
