As an independent study agency we study, advise, design and optimise the physical qualities and technical installations of buildings, individual and on-site, even at neighbourhood level. This results in energy friendly, durable and intelligent buildings, with zero-energy buildings as the ultimate goal.

As leading Belgian knowledge company with more than 100 employees we work from Bruges, Leuven, Gent, Antwerp and Brussels for public and private clients, foreign and domestic. Forms of cooperation as PPC and DBFM have no secrets for Ingenium.

The acceptance is not the ending point, but the first step towards the usage of a building. Our engineers commissioning surveil the quality and optimise the comfort and energy supply. In due time, the function of a building can change and structural adaptations might be necessary. In that case our engineers commissioning come into focus once more.
