La Cour constitutionnelle est la juridiction qui veille au respect de la Constitution par les différents législateurs en Belgique. La Cour peut annuler, déclarer inconstitutionnels ou suspendre des lois, des décrets ou des ordonnances en raison de la violation d'un droit fondamental ou d'une règle répartitrice de compétence.
Het Grondwettelijk Hof is het rechtscollege dat waakt over de inachtneming van de Grondwet door de verschillende wetgevers in België. Het Hof kan wetten, decreten en ordonnanties vernietigen, ongrondwettig verklaren en schorsen wegens schending van een fundamenteel grondrecht of een bevoegdheidverdelende regel.
Der Verfassungsgerichtshof ist das Rechtsprechungsorgan, das die Beachtung der Verfassung durch die verschiedenen Gesetzgeber in Belgien gewährleistet. Der Gerichtshof kann Gesetze, Dekrete oder Ordonnanzen wegen Verletzung eines Grundrechts oder einer Regel der Zuständigkeitsverteilung für nichtig erklären, für verfassungswidrig erklären oder einstweilig aufheben.
The Constitutional Court is the court that watches over the compliance with the Constitution by the various legislatures in Belgium. The Court can annul, declare unconstitutional or suspend laws, decrees or ordinances for violating a fundamental right or a rule on the division of competences.
