It operates under a new, reshaped consortium agreement, adapted to the altered economic scenario, to deal with and interpret the changes in an increasingly competitive market.
This new integration programme fits together complementary experiences and know-how, while sticking to the fundamental values of the cooperative model: local roots, social purpose and mutuality.
The new consortium model strives for the sustainable development of its member cooperatives.
