Geico is a company with a long-standing industrial tradition, which has always played a leading role in supplying car manufacturers with complete automated paint plants.

Geico embodies the concept of 360-degree innovation: on one hand the company displays its focus on technology in its avant-garde R&D centre, on the other it gives importance to cultural innovation, the emotions, the creativity of the individual.
A meditation area, a gym, an area for the arts and the entertainment with an amphitheatre and a art gallery, as well as a bistro: this is Laura's Garden of Thoughts. Ali Reza Arabnia has dedicated this huge space to his wife Laura and to his extended family, Geico employees. Here the company has found a space for the creativity of the human being, the right side of the brain, where emotions, feelings and sensations reside.
In Geico therefore employees have a key role. The company in fact gives priority to their wellbeing and their human and professional development both by organising entertainment events and by investing in 360-degree training through the internal Campus, the Pippo Neri Academy, named in the honour of the founder of the company.
Here the concept of social responsibility is also deeply rooted with a special focus on youth. With J-Next project the company makes young people enter the work environment and gain experience, while encouraging and giving them an opportunity to give a contribution not only to the company but also to the community.
