WIBAND'S HISTORY
WiBand Communications Corp. was founded Winnipeg, MB in 1998 as a proudly family-owned company, and was one of the first wireless broadband providers in Canada. With customers across Canada and the USA and branch offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Regina and Winnipeg, WiBand provided innovative and custom connectivity solutions over 300 urban and rural centres in North America.

WiBand specialized in the rapid deployment of high speed, reliable internet connections, connecting hard-to-reach and under-served areas with a combination of fixed wireless, fibre, cable, DSL, cellular and satellite technology to provide customers with fully-redundant internet and data solutions.
