AEROPORTI DI PUGLIA SpA è, dal 2006, la nuova ragione sociale della S.E.A.P. - Società Esercizio Aeroporti Puglia - S.p.A., che nasce nel 1984 allo scopo di gestire gli scali del sistema aeroportuale pugliese (Bari, Brindisi, Foggia e Grottaglie).
AEROPORTI DI PUGLIA ha per scopo primario la gestione in concessione degli Aeroporti pugliesi. Tale attività si esplica nella progettazione nello sviluppo e nella gestione delle infrastrutture per l'esercizio delle attività aeroportuali e commerciali.
Rientra, pertanto, tra le attività ricomprese nell'oggetto sociale, anche la gestione dei servizi Aviation e extra Aviation.
