Opening in August 2019, BASIS International School Bangkok (BISB) is a part of the worldwide BASIS Curriculum Schools Network, America's most successful academic network. BASIS Curriculum Schools provides a course of study that is connected from the student's academic start in pre-school through to senior projects in the student's final year. The curriculum is carefully calibrated so that in every discipline and at every grade level, students are appropriately challenged—each year builds as a preparation for challenges to come.

Outperforming peers across the globe, according to the 2017 Times Higher Education World University Ranking, 28% of 2017 BASIS Diploma graduates were accepted to at least one of the top 25 colleges and universities in the world. Excelling in college entrance exams, the average BASIS Curriculum School graduate scored SAT results of 1,395 from a total 1,600 in the 2017 examination year.

Residing on 22 rai of land (8.5 acres), BISB is at a prime location adjacent to Central Rama 2 and Central Park, 300 meters from Rama 2 Road. BISB's campus is built with cutting edge, modern facilities that are specifically designed to work optimally with the BASIS Curriculum. In addition to the academic classrooms, facilities include a 25m competition pool, a 1600 sqm indoor convertible gym, a design kitchen with 3-D printing/woodshop/engineering/robotic rooms, library and co-working space, cafeteria, Black Box Theater, and more.
