Founded in the year 1998 as a pioneering eco and adventure tourism company, over the years Eco Team has emerged as a specialist in tourism, not limited to eco and adventure, but also in many other niche segments.
Eco Team believes that the requirements and expectations of world travelers are changing rapidly and becoming more unique. As a result, tourism providers are no longer in a position to offer mass products to clients. We need to find the smallest niches and provide customized tour solutions.
In this backdrop, we have now developed 10 specialized brands under the Eco Team umbrella, excelling in activities on the ground, at sea and in the air, featuring the most luxurious accommodation as well as tented camps and treehouses, etc. We also provide tour solutions to segments in wildlife, birding, hardcore adventure travel, eco-tourism, high-end luxury travel, biking, trekking, diving etc. Eco Team's responsible tourism ethos and values remain unchanged, with the focus being on community benefit and partnerships, conservation through tourism, minimizing carbon emission and preserving local values and culture.
Turning 13 in 2013, Eco Team continues to grow from strength to strength and provides services to over 140 national and international companies across the globe. Founded by innovative entrepreneur Anuruddha Bandara, it is a company of 'firsts,' which has been a pioneering force behind many initiatives and one that constantly, strives to make a difference in its every endeavor.
