Based in Malaysia, we have unique expertise in designing and manufacturing bus bodies ( SKDs and CKDs) and the assembly of buses (CBUs). Furthermore, we have exported our products to more than 15 markets around the globe including the USA, Australia, UAE, Singapore, and Hong Kong, meeting the respective road safety regulations. During the Track Record Period and up to the Latest Practicable Date, we have manufactured and supplied buses and bus bodies to major bus transport operators, including SBS Transit and SMRT in Singapore, Rapid Bus Sdn Bhd in Malaysia (including Rapid KL, Rapid Penang and Rapid Kuantan), China Travel Tours Transportation Development (HK) Ltd and Kwoon Chung Bus in Hong Kong.
